The real estate appraisal process consists of inspecting your home and noting the condition and physical characteristics  of your home and comparing your home to sales of similar  residences from your neighborhood and similar neighborhoods.  After the inspection is completed, I would complete an appraisal report and give my opinion of value for your home.
